1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, Nisaanch maintains strict quality standards. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product received is incomplete or missing components.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase and an unboxing video or clear photographs must be provided.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events, unless damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and complimentary items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@nisaanch.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:

- Incorrect items delivered

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Reverse Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Nisaanch will bear the reverse shipping costs.
